🌾 Composters
Composters are now useful!
If you place a composter near your farm, the contents can fertilise your crops!
The following crops can be fertilised:
- Wheat
- Carrots
- Potatoes
- Beetroots
- Melon Seeds
- Pumpkin Seeds
Additionally, the following items can now be used in composters:
- Rotten flesh
- Spider eyes
- Poisonous potatoes
Tips
For a composter to run at maximum efficiency, place it in the centre of a 9x9 section of farmland.
To quickly plant seeds in nearby farmland, hold them and shift right-click on the composter.
If the area is 9x9, you might need to click twice to plant everything, as you’ll need slightly more than a full stack of seeds.
You can still get bone meal by overfilling composters.
You can place a hopper on top of a composter to keep it continuously filled.
